A former operator in the French COS, Black Cat specialized in counter-terrorism efforts with a focus on Explosive Ordinance Disposal. He became an international symbol of heroism when he singlehandedly defused a S.U.U.F.R. explosive charge planted at the Palais-Royal, limiting what could have been a massive explosion to a smaller, contained detonation. Some time after, he became disillusioned with the military and started a business that sells military-grade equipment and apparel to civilians, conducting most of his commerce on Port Royal. No longer believing in the military’s capacity to fight for a just cause, Black Cat is passionate about outfitting local militias, and prefers such clients. His current whereabouts are unknown.
